Children love to eat chocolates and consume
fizzy drinks. It’s almost impossible to restrain them from what they want to
eat. Therefore, it is really important that we take care of their dental health
by educating them the importance of brushing and tell them the consequences of
not brushing. As a parent we are responsible to develop good hygiene habits in
our children. We should always try to make brushing activity interesting. We
can do that by brushing with them and singing a sweet jingle for them. This will
make it fun time for them and they will get easily involved in brushing.
Dry needling therapy is a form of Physical therapy used to treat myofascial (muscle related) pain. During the therapy, a dry needle (without any injection or medication) is inserted through the skin into the areas of the muscle known as trigger points. A trigger point is a tightened band of skeletal muscle within a larger muscle group. Trigger points can be sore to touch and applying any sort of stimulation on the trigger point may result in pain in other parts of the body. The relation between the trigger points and the related muscle group is what helps the therapy of dry needling .
